My First Reported Dream

This morning I decided to tell my daddy about my dream, for the first time:

"I was in the store. I had on my PJs in the store. I was at home. Daddy and I went down into the basement; there was cake down there."

New Things

I've found something new and fun to do: when my daddy arrived home after aikido class three days ago, I ran across the yard toward him, opened my arms wide, and gave him a huge hug as he climbed down out of the van. I'd never done this before, and we both loved it!

I can now climb the stairs in our house two at a time. Daddy thinks I am growing tall, and quickly too!

It's OK

When I say things like, "It's OK; it's not a big problem," my dad wonders, "what 3 year-old talks like this??"

The Moon is Broken

Tonight, I looked at the waning crescent in the west, and I put my finger on it; I said, "The moon is broken, daddy!" Then daddy played a lovely song for me on the computer:

Enjoy!

Reading Aloud

These days, I love to sit and read one of my books. But, no matter what book I read, it always comes out exactly the same:

"Daddy go dojo, over there.
Mommy go 'foffee shop' [sic], over there.
Rocket go school, over there."

It's my favorite story!
